Radio Shack is staffed with friendly people. I was greeted and asked if I needed help when I walked in through the door. I was able to find what I needed right away. All store employees should have this kind of training, making the shopping experience pleasurable for everyone.

I ran down to my local radioshack because I was having a problem with a connection for my computer and also a little problem with my TV and so I was able to take care of everything at my local RadioShack. When I was there, the nice guy even offered me something that I thought was a great deal. Satellite TV. I took him up on his offer and now enjoy more channels than I can handle, but I got a great deal on everything. They have very helpful staff that explain things in detail. This is very helpful for somebody that is not to technically inclined. Thanks.
