We had a great experience at Jimmy's. My daughter attends UA, and we needed some work done on her vehicle. I found Jimmy's on the AAA site, and called them. From start to finish they were helpful, service oriented, and value conscious. I won't hesistate to send my kids' vehicles there when they are down at school.

Do not be fooled by initial kindness! Initially I was pleased when I first brought in my car my emissions repair, this was while under the assumption that diagnostics such as these would not vary in cost between mechanics. Based on the tech looking at my emissions report I was told it would likely be a quick fix and my car would be done the same day. I received no call all day. I had to call myself, when I did I was told I would receive a call right back. I did not, so I actually went down there only to find the office manager packing up for the day. Had I arrived a minute later he would have been gone for the day without any status report on my car. Long story short, I had to babysit my car to even know what was happening. I wasted $300 on repairs I could have done myself and the issue was still not resolved, still failing emissions. I went to Krones next, $60 and 3 hours later, after very simple minor adjustments the issue was resolved including emissions retesting. Jimmy's Broadway Automotive is a complete rip off. They will fool you with initial kindness and a fascade of "knowledge." If you enjoy wasting your money on unnecessary, unwarranted and ineffective repairs this is the place for you! My issue is currently proceeding to arbitration.

I took my 2003 Subaru to Jimmy's for a running issue no one could seem to fix. I did not have an appointment but they took in my car anyway and were very nice. Jack the manager was obviously very knowledgeable about many different kinds of cars and he knows how to provide great service. They diagnosed and fixed my running issue and replaced my brakes ad shocks within a couple days and the price was VERY reasonable. These guys are not cheap but there are a great value. I was pleased to see they even used oem parts. I am one very satiisfied customer..Fred

Jimmy's Broadway Automotive gave me a $1400 estimate for a brake job. They later changed this to $1000. I got my car towed elsewhere and the entire job was only $505. Jimmy's charges way more for parts and labor than necessary and somehow manage to take twice as long to fix anything than any other place in town. Even Pep Boys was cheaper. Save your money and go elsewhere.
