It is hard to find someone who is trustworthy, reliable, and reasonably priced when it comes to plumbing; they get right back to you when you have a situation that needs his help. They are always there to offer suggestions as to how something can be done better. The plumber was precisely on time and was very thorough and even talked me through and answered other questions I thought up while he was there. He needed to replace two drain pipes and something in the toilet and he had all the parts in his truck and worked on it right then and there. The whole visit took about 2 1/2 hours and the charge was very reasonable at $275 including labor and parts.

Consumer beware of Curtis Plumbing by Melinda R. at InsiderPages
This was the worst customer service experience I have had in some time. I was quoted $300 for a pipe replacement including parts and labor, and was presented with a bill for $676.96. They said that they didn't know until the job was completed that it would be over the estimate and that the parts were more than anticipated. Absolutely outrageous, if you even think of going near this company sign a fee quote that explicitly states you will not be liable for additional charges unless you are notified in advance. When I called Mrs. Curtis for further explanation, she became hysterical and told me that my options were to pay the bill or she would put a lien on my property. I found an absolute embarrassment of customer service and outrageous business practices at Curtis Plumbing. BEWARE!
