Class Act Resale is NO RIPOFF!! by Linda W. at InsiderPages
I have been a customer of Class Act Resale Boutique for over 20 years and have never experienced anything but complete honesty from them! And- I am in there on a fairly consistent basis and have never known of anyone named Janet to work there! I think that person must have been talking about a completely different place! As far as being a ripoff- again- I can't believe that person knew what they were talking about! I have been there on numerous occasions when people brought things in to sell and have heard them saying that other stores had offered much less, and seemed quite happy with what they were offered from Class Act. I even had the owner call me once to say I had been overcharged on a purchase by mistake and that she was putting a credit on my account- that tells me that I am dealing with honest people. People who write these reviews should make sure they know what they are talking about! Shame on you whoever you are!

RIPOFF by Simon D. at InsiderPages
They won't buy anything for even a hundreth of what it is worth, but they charge one hundred (or more) what they pay you for it. I have never got a good deal at Class Act Resale Boutique, and every time I sell something there, I regret it later, because I find out I could have got more on ebay, or just donating it to the V.V.A. and writing it off of my taxes (plus they do free and convienient pickups of as much of your stuff as you want to get rid of, just write it down for your accountant, and get a tax deductible receipt). Plus you benefit Iraq and Vietnam veterans. A cashier named Janet is dangerous - she will keep your credit card info to use for herself later, so be careful. And they specialize in ripping you off, so no, it isn't a good deal, and I wouldn't reccomend it. I'd recommend Speedway Outlet where they buy a lot of the stuff they resell from.
